Please accept this letter as a gesture of my appreciation to you and your salesman. I cannot thank you enough for your help with the expenses of our recent ventilation repairs.

It is very comforting to know that there are still honorable businessmen in this community.

May God bless you and your business.
Carrie

Please accept this email as a big thank you for the repair work done last Wednesday evening. Your serviceman was great! The board room was nice and cool for Thursday meetings.

Thanks again for your quick response to our call.

Richard and his crew were very kind and helpful during the installation of our new heating and cooling system. Please let me express my sincere appreciation of a job well done for their excellent work. I was very impressed by how thoughtful and courteous every one on the team was during this project. Please accept my commendation to each member of the crew. You have a great group working for you. — Mildred

My wife and I recently purchased a new heat and air unit from your company. We wanted to let you know how satisfied we are with the whole process. Our salesman was very professional and took time to discuss and explain our different options. He came by during the installation to check and verify everything was going well. He also contacted us by phone upon completion of the job to ensure we were satisfied.

The installation crew was very considerate and professional. Richard kept us informed of what was going on and took time to explain in detail about the installation. He took charge of the crew and kept everything going at a steady pace. JoJo was a hard worker and very respectful. The other members of the crew were equally courteous and hard working. I was very impressed with their diligence and attention to detail.

I have been very happy with the entire experience. If someone wants quality work with excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend your company. I will refer all of my friends and relatives.

Thank you for a job well done. — Chris

Thank you and your company for a job well done. Several weeks ago, your salesman came out to give us an estimate on replacing our A/C system. We discussed options and he made several suggestions to improve our overall cooling capacity. We agreed on the unit and the size and your workmen showed up to remove the old unit and install the new one.

We were impressed that we were without air conditioning for only about four hours. Their main concern was to get us back in operation with as little discomfort as possible. We are extremely happy with the new system and just wanted to say "thank you" for a professional job all the way around!

We hate to say it but it is rare when a company does what it says it's going to do, when it says it is going to do it and then has no surprises when the bill arrives. Please thank your employees for being so service and customer-satisfaction driven! It made the whole process very pleasant. — Mike and Carla

I had a nice experience today that I wanted to share. A co-worker mentioned that she would have to leave early in order to meet the heating "guys" at her home because the new furnace she had installed approximately three weeks ago would not come on. She said she had already had to leave once this morning to talk with the company face-to-face because, when she called them, they were really rude to her. She had just spent $2,500 for the furnace (which was a big sum for her) and it was becoming really frustrating. She said that, once she got this straightened out, she would have to find a new company to handle her heating and air.

I immediately said. "Brenda, you gotta' try my guys. I use them, my brother uses them and my mom uses them. I have used them for about 14 or 15 years now, and they are absolutely wonderful. Do you remember when I went to Huntsville (Alabama) this summer? The a/c went out and my son called to say that they were sweltering (all the bedrooms are upstairs). I called Kennedy and explained that I was out of town and the kids couldn't stay in the house because of the heat. They sent someone over and performed the repairs and said that I could pay them when I returned. When I got back to town I drove over to pay them and Mandy asked why I didn't just drop the payment in the mail. 'You didn't have to make a special trip for this' was what she said."

Well, as Brenda and I talked, I remembered the time my furnace went out in the dead of winter and you guys came in and replaced it and told me that we would work out the payment details later. I remembered that, when I had the old unit and the guy would come to perform my maintenance, he would always shake his head (we figured up the old unit was about 32 years old when we retired it) and say, "Are you still running this old thing? I guess I am going to have to take extra time and care with this one ... make sure I check out everything because otherwise you are not going to make it through the summer with it."

Not just when things went well but, the one time I had a complaint, Kennedy's immediately took care of it.

As she and I were talking, I thought that it only fitting to share with the person who owns the company the same things that I was sharing with my co-worker. I believe that every company has a corporate personality usually driven by the owner or the person who runs the company. I want you to know what a wonderful job your company is doing, from the people who answer your phone to the service people who come out. I don't think I have ever placed my trust in a company and had it rewarded like I have when doing business with Kennedy. Thank you so much for being a company that exemplifies integrity, customer service and compassion. I am pleased to do business with you. — Jerrilyn

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the service I received recently in my purchase and installation of a new furnace in my home.

First off, your salesman was awesome. He was so helpful in explaining the products in a language I would understand. He is very knowledgeable, and a great salesman. He set up an appointment at
my convenience to go over the order, kept me informed of the schedule of installation (which was the next day) and followed up afterwards. Wow ! What service.

Your installation crew did an excellent job. If I hadn't let them in the door I wouldn't have known they had been there except that I came home to warmth. That was wonderful since this was done on November 30, the day it turned really cold.

I really appreciate your saleman making a "not so pleasant surprise" of needing a unit as painless as it was. I initially called another company to have my unit checked out because of a humming noise, thinking it was some kind of relay switch. I was told there was a hole in my heat exchanger and the serviceman disconnected my furnace. I called Kennedy and also did lots of research on the internet as well as consulting suppliers I knew personally. As a result, I felt I was getting the best deal for the money with Kennedy. The deal closer for me was the financing with Lennox — nobody else offered that — and the timeliness of restoring my heat.

All my co-workers knew of my situation and also my singing your company's praises in how quickly and efficiently your people took care of my problem. I will happily recommend Kennedy to my
friends and acquaintances.

Thank you so much for the great service. — Lauren W.

Thanks to all involved for the quick response to my heating needs. The sales person was very quick to get the ball rolling when our old unit bit the dust. I appreciate his attentiveness to our needs and expediting my order as quickly as possible.

I've had about eight years in commercial sheet metal and insulation experience and know a little about how a job is supposed to be run. So I know the difference when corners are being cut to rush the job. In my totally honest evaluation of your crew who came out on my job, no corners were cut and my approval was sought for any changes to the unit installation before it was done. This is a job well done, and my hat is off to Donnie and Richard.

You have two good employees whom I feel are an asset to your company — and not to forget your sales personnel for his courteous sales practice. — Steve F.

Shawn and Matt were very professional, polite and friendly. They know what they are doing, and I appreciate the work they did. — Ms. Sherrill

Thank you for the recent experience I had with your company.

It started with a cheerful, pleasant person answering the phone while making the appointment.

My pleasant experience continued with a factual and honest summation and presentation. A thorough and fundamental understanding of my building, my necessity, and my choices were well presented and attentively explained.

The wonderful experience continued with the polite, courteous, and well-informed installation personnel who came to the house.

In short, it was my pleasure to do business with your company, and you should be proud of everyone whom you have representing you. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone in need of this type of service.

Sadly, I feel that service of this caliber is quickly disappearing from our landscape. Thank you for this rare and pleasing experience. — Spencer

The heat worked great over the weekend. It felt like what we expected when we built the house but never got. There has always been a "chill in the air" during winter in our house — until now. We can tell a huge difference! Thanks — we will certainly recommend you. — Randy

We got our first "hot weather" electric bill for the month of July and it was only $151, about $30 less than it would have been with the old units. Our June bill was only $88 and that would usually be about $120.

We sure do like the comfort, and we love that programmable thermostat.

Also, we are very amazed at how quiet the inside and outside units are. I have to open the closet door to see if the unit is running sometimes, and you can't tell if the condenser is running outside until you get within about 10 feet. You can hear my neighbors' condensers running clear across the creek or about 100 yards away.

The first thing we noticed about the filter was that we don't seem to have as much dust on the furniture or floors. When the sun shines through the window, you don't see any dust particles in the air. I have not had asthma in the main house since the unit was installed except for one time when we burned some food, but I always get asthma around anything that is burning or smoking.

It seems that the UV light has some effect. The house doesn't have that musty smell anymore. It seems to get rid of cooking odors very fast. We've tried it "on" and "off", and you can definitely tell a difference. — Steve and Paula H.

The new system is working great — 10 degrees cooler and a $100 lower Entergy bill! Thank you! — Dave L.

Our energy bills are so low, we feel like we're stealing. — Mrs. Thompson

The new Carrier system has been installed for about 15 months now and I wanted to tell you the good news. Prior to the installation, I had severe asthma. I could not go more than a few hours at home without using my inhaler. Funny thing was, I never had asthma at work.

Since about last Thanksgiving, my asthma has completely gone away after years of having it.

I used to sneeze every morning for five minutes, but now I rarely sneeze. We still have kitties in the house, too.

I replaced my filter at 12 months, but it did not look very dirty.

I keep my condenser fins rinsed out with the garden hose and I keep all of the leaves cleaned out of the bottom pan of the condenser. I turn off the breaker before crawling inside. — Steve H.

(Note: We are reporting one customer's results — we are not stating that your asthma will disappear if you purchase a Carrier system, although the HVAC industry can prove that airborne pollutants and particles will be greatly reduced in your home with a UV light and good filtration system.)

Jimmy, we certainly appreciate the excellent quality of work performed by you, Mike, Danny, and David. — Jim J.

I want to express my appreciation to the staff for the professional way you solved my ac problems July 25-27. My compliments to the team of Josh and Jason, who worked long and hard and productively.— Ann B.

I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was to have David and Toby around for a week. They did a wonderful job and were so nice to have around. — Madalyn J.

I appreciated the courteous and professional manner of all of your employees that I dealt with for my new furnace installation. From the man who did the initial check to the men who did the install, they were all great. Thanks. — Mrs. Crowson

We had to have a Sunday service call, and I've never seen a nicer young man than Don. Today we had two more of your men, and they were just as nice. P.S. Kennedy Air Conditioning was well represented today — another one of your trucks was across the street. — Martha L.
